Our self-service portal is limited to current NIIGATA ALL-ELECTRIC customers only.

NIIGATA-US can only support the US, Mexico, and Canada customers for Injection Molding Machines only. If you are contacting from outside of the this area, or seeking information about Machine Tools, pleaseĀ visit this site, and call the office near you. We do respond to inquiries from outside the US and route it to the oversea local offices or International Sales Department in Japan; however, the response may take longer in some cases due to the time differences.
